How Does It Work?

To get you started and give you peace of mind, we pay for the essentials for you. And for everything else, we give you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

We believe in making things easy, so most of our benefits are available to select all year round. The rest can only be selected once a year in March (during a time we like to call ‘annual enrolment’) or if you have a change in your circumstances like getting married or welcoming a new child into the family.

But that’s not all! You’ll also have access to a personalised online portal called MyBenefits where you can learn about your benefits, tailor them to suit you, and access 24/7 support.
